Car report — prices and terms

You pick a car in a listing — we prepare a detailed report on it. The report is made by a person, not a program: we contact the seller, request documents and service history, and put everything into one clear report.

How it works

1. You send a link to a listing (mobile.de, AutoScout24, ss.lv and others) or pick a car in the autopase.lv car search.
2. We study the listing, contact the seller and request the VIN, documents and service history.
3. Within 24 hours you get the report by e-mail: what the seller confirmed, what is not confirmed, what to check at the viewing, and the car’s total price delivered and registered in Latvia.

Prices

Prices in euro. The company is not registered for VAT; no VAT is charged. Reports in a package can be used within 12 months.

Report by link — €2.90

• One report for one car: you paste a link to the listing and we prepare a report on that car.
• The report arrives by e-mail within 24 hours on business days.
• If we could not make the report or the car has been sold, you choose: your money back or a promo code.
• The free first report is given only in the garage at autopase.lv; a report by link is paid from the first one.

Payment

Online payment by bank card through Stripe. Card details are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store them. A payment confirmation is sent by e-mail.

Refunds

• If the report does not arrive within 24 hours, we refund the full amount.
• If the seller does not answer, we tell you and offer a choice: a report based on the listing data or a full refund.
• Unused reports from a package are refunded on request within 14 days of payment, in proportion to the number of unused reports.
• If a finished report contains a mistake on our side, we correct it or refund the money.
• Refunds go back to the same card within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling an order or a subscription

• A report order can be cancelled before we start working on it, with a full refund.
• The monthly subscription for car finders can be cancelled at any time: it stays active until the end of the paid month, and the next payment is not taken. Unused reports do not carry over to the next month.
• The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies until the report is ready. By ordering a report you ask us to start right away; once the report is fully prepared and sent, the right of withdrawal ends.

Questions and disputes

Write to info@autopase.lv — we answer within 2 business days. If we cannot agree, you can contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (ptac.gov.lv).
